Your name, phone (WhatsApp), email if you give it, nationality, job, experience, languages, region and town, type and expiry of your permit, your current employer if you work, availability, your CV if you attach it and, optionally, a copy of your passport page with your personal details. We do not ask for your OIB, date of birth, address or health data.
To contact you and suggest you to employers for a suitable job (job mediation). The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We publish a profile without a public name or contact details only with a separate, optional consent. If you attach a copy of your passport, we use it only with a separate consent and only to prepare and submit an application for a residence and work permit.
Only with your consent: profile code, job, years of experience (range), languages, region, availability, permit category and nationality. We show your nationality to employers in the catalogue for job mediation, on the basis of legitimate interest. Your name, phone, email, town and address, passport and other documents, CV and employer are never public.
Only authorised STRANAC staff. We give your details to an employer only after you agree to a specific job. Technical providers: Cloudflare (website hosting, database and files; data is stored in the European Union and CVs and documents are additionally encrypted) and Resend (sends us a notice about a new application, without your personal data).
12 months after our last contact, then it is deleted automatically. A copy of your passport is deleted automatically 6 months after upload. A public profile is shown for 6 months after your last confirmation. If you withdraw consent, we remove the profile at once and, on request, delete your data without delay and within 30 days at the latest.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, limit its use, receive a copy, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to us on WhatsApp or at info@stranac.hr and give your application number. You can complain to the Croatian Data Protection Authority (azop.hr).
Applying and job mediation are completely free for workers. STRANAC never charges workers. If anyone asks you for money in the name of STRANAC, tell us.
